Live like a true Portlander in our privately owned home in the trendy SE Hawthorne/Belmont neighborhood. You'll be steps from shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Our location, price and flexible lengths of stay from several days (3 night minimum required and 4 night min. during x-mas and Thanksgiving) to several months, make us the perfect choice for business travel, vacation, extended stay or relocation. Our wonderful SE home boasts fine furnishings, artwork and accessories unique to taste and style. All dishware, linens and general household items needed during your stay are provided. Color TV with Basic cable, free High Speed Wireless Internet access, DVD, fully equipped kitchens complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and Washer and Dryer are all located in our rental. We offer a Child Friendly home. Provided are a Play-n-Pac, High Chair, Toys/books, large fenced backyard and covered patio area. The home is located 2 blocks from a small play structure and 8 blocks Laurelhurst Park. The interior of the park is defined by a large pond, complete with cruising ducks and turtles. The walking paths that snake through the landscape make for great wandering, with plenty of benches and nooks to drop down and picnic. Our home is strictly non-smoking. For allergy issue the owner has a dog and there has been at cat on the premises. |

Kitchen
This bright and inviting kitchen features concrete counter tops, lots of cupboard space, and tons of room to spread out and prepare a meal. With a refrigerator, oven and range, microwave, full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, toaster and coffee maker, you'll find everyting you need to prepare your favorite comfort foods. |
Dining Room
The dining room is just off the kitchen and looks out in the the fenced backyard. It features a table that can seat 4, or pull out the wings to accompany 8. |

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom can be a private retreat for a couple in the house. Cozy up under the down comforter in the queen bed to watch some television. |

The 2nd bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with a cozy down-alternative comforter. |
Third Bedroom
The 3rd bedroom features full/twin bunkbed. For the little ones when made the twin bed is a trundlebed and the bottom bunk is a full. A TV with DVD player as well as chilren's toys, an ideal set-up for keeping young ones occupied. |
Outdoor Living Areas
Our 3 bedroom rental features a fenced backyard with a covered patio. Pefect place to drink your morning coffee or enjoy the fresh air, even if it's raining. |
Parking
Two cars can comfortably park in the driveway, however the driveway is steep so we suggest using the ample parking in the street. This is not a highly congested neighborhood. The Gargage has been redone, we are sorry there is no inside parking. |
