Property Info
This lovely Portland, OR condo features two levels of living space. There is one formal bedroom, but a den downstairs has a full-size bed and acts as a perfect second bedroom. THis winter (2009) we just added a second full bathroom with a walk in shower and a charming kid play area that can sleep 2. This Great little GEM, now sleep 4-6! This vacation rental offers a clean, comfortable aesthetic with plenty of lovely living space, inside and out. |
Kitchen
The beautiful kitchen features a lovely taupe color scheme with a matching peninsula countertop and custom cabinets. New appliances, including oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, make meal preparation and clean-up simple. It as a cafe height table that seats 4 and 2 seating at the island. |
Living Room
The living room features contemporary décor and comfortable furnishings. Lay back on the sofa and watch a favorite DVD (a Hollywood Video and local indie favorite Movie Madness are each just blocks away). Open the French doors for a breeze, or pull up the blinds and let watch the day through the crystal clear glass. |
Balcony
French doors in the living room lead to the balconywith seating for 4, a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine while watching life in this quaint Southeast Portland neighborhood go by. |
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located on the top/main floor of this vacation condo. It features a queen-size bed, striped sky-blue linens, crisp white walls, and big open windows to let in that cherished Portland sun. |
Den/Second Bedroom PLUS new kids room
Located on the bottom floor of this vacation rental, this room provides a perfect place for a second couple with a 2nd full bathroom. The den has a comfortable full-size bed with lovely linens. Just off this room is the laundry room with a full size front loading washer and dryer and NEW kids room that sleeps 2. Great for a little more indoor room to spread out with toys and TV for a movie. |
